1. Pricing & Payments
All prices for services are listed on our platform and are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices for certain services will be informed to you at the time of consultation
We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking & through any payment apps.
Payment must be completed before a consultation is confirmed.
2. Cancellation Policy
By User: Once an appointment for any of our services is confirmed, you cannot cancel the same. But you can get an option to reschedule the same for one time.
By Practitioner: If the practitioner cancels an appointment, you will be notified and offered the choice of rescheduling.
3. Refund Policy
A full refund will be issued if:
The practitioner cancels the appointment.
The consultation could not be completed due to a significant technical failure from our end or the practitioner’s end.
No refund will be provided if the user fails to show up for the appointment and no prior update was given.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
